Since 1996 its Open University has been developed, building on earlier experience of correspondence courses but using modern communications technology. Dr Jõgi’s case study also describes the development of evaluation of UCE both as a process of self-analysis and as an instrument of cooperation between Estonian universities.  Further information is available from specified websites.
